These skills sessions are important to perfect skills, cross train, and scrimmage to get GAME ready.  This session will be meant to be more intense and focusing on high performance For more info contact info@thegrindbasketball.com. Take some time to look at your schedules and plan out the week – ideally I would love to see you all Fridays and Sundays but I know this is not always possible due to other activities.  What I do know if you/your child has a passion for this game – I am 100% committed and worked hard to find more gym time  in a week to give my Grinders every opportunity to succeed – thank you for believing in THE GRIND.
